TLJ Mourns the loss of Lucia Herrera, who was recently taken by Covid-19. Lucia and her husband, Don Gonzalo Herrera, were both stricken with the virus for several weeks. Unfortunately, after several days on a respirator, Lucia's heart simply gave out. Lucia is connected to the club through her little players Memo (2008), Danny (UPSL), and Luis Barbontin (Asst Coach). In addition, her son Gonzalo took it upon himself to be videographer, photographer, and sometimes social media correspondent for the UPSL Squad.

The family has put together a Go Fund Me page to help with funeral expenses.
